Due to seasonal flooding, earthquakes, droughts, conflict and the global coronavirus pandemic [Covid-19] in Pakistan, the humanitarian
emergency response included the need for water, sanitation and hygiene assistance. This led The Expert to develop hygiene kits to be provided to rural and urban communities through Govt and Non-Governmental Organization, which have the highest risk of disease and infection. The design of the hygiene kit focused on enabling hygiene practices at critical times and reducing the risk of contamination and disease spreading.
